OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 December 2008 was announced, that the Palladium business centre (Yekaterinburg) hosted the final session of the Coordination Council for development of the city exhibition and fair activity. The session was chaired by Deputy Mayor Victor Konteev.

In the lobby in front of the conference hall was opened a mini-exposition of the main Ural exhibition market players. The centerpiece of the exposition was occupied by the MVK International Exhibition Company advertisement stand. The motto said: “MVK exhibition projects are the pledge of stability and development of your business!”

The floor was given to Anna Salamatova, the representative of the City Administration, coordinator of the exhibition and fair activity. In her report she summed up the results of 2008 and shared the plans for the coming year. Here are some more subjects discussed: up-to-date city congress-centres, improvement of the quality of exhibition projects, influence of economic situation on development of exhibition and fair activity. The leading city operators announced the expert analysis.

Director MVK-Ural Elena Revenko introduced one of MVK activities: up-to-date mobile exhibition pavilions for organization of various events. MVK presentation evoked vivid interest of the City Administration and some of colleagues due to the fact that building of the high-end exhibition centre in Yekaterinburg was frozen.

In conclusion Deputy Mayor Victor Konteev bestowed the heads of the leading Yekaterinburg exhibition companies and Director MVK-Ural Elena Revenko with Letters of Gratitude from the Yekaterinburg City Administration.
