OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 December 2008 was announced, that on the eve of the professional holiday, Belgorodenergo branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, opened a repairing industrial base of Chernyanka EGE after reconstruction.

Representatives of territorial administration, heads of IDGC of Centre, power companies of the Belgorod power supplies system, contract organizations, and employees of the electric grid area participated in a solemn ceremony .

"Powerman's Day is our professional holiday which we celebrate regularly. But we especially appreciate such holidays as opening of newly constructed and reconstructed power facilities -   networks, transformer substations, and repairing industrial bases for the personnel. Belgorod has celebrated a lot of such events. And it is symbolical that they coincide with the professional holiday," the General Director Evgeniy Makarov said.

The solemn event was the result of hard work. According to the high corporate standard accepted in Belgorodenergo, good conditions were created for powermen's responsible work and increase of their productivity. The permanent accommodation and offices complex was reconstructed. New furniture, office equipment, and other things replenished the complex. The rest-room for the operations mobile room, and the labour safety office was equipped with video conferencing. New training equipment appeared in the gym. The EGE improved territory appeals to the eye.

It became much easier for dispatchers to carry out operational and technological management by the Chernyanka area grid complex thanks to the modernized dispatch center which is equipped with satellite and radio communication.

Mitsubishi L 200 which was received by the EGE is a real wizardry. By the way, in November, 34 such cars appeared in all electric grid areas of Belgorodenergo. This car is equipped with all the necessary for rapid and qualitative work of operations mobile brigades, including GPS navigators. Good conditions were created for maintenance of the special equipment: indoor parking spaces were repaired, and a new garage for five cars was created.

“Chernyanka has been always worth investing into. We have always been sure that funds will be spent here properly and effectively. Today all conditions are created in Chernyanka EGE for powermen to provide qualitative services on power supplies”, said the General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC Evgeniy Makarov. “New circumstances are favourable for our team’s work,” the EGE chief Alexander Minko said heartily thanking the management of IDGC of Centre and Belgorodenergo for a gift on Powerman’s Day power and marking that during all period of reconstruction, the work at EGE was not interrupted for a minute.

Both at the repairing rolling base and on the territory neighboring with it, 500 meters of the network of external illumination were reconstructed. But great work in the area itself was done for the Chernyanka residents. Within a year, powermen installed 535 new fixtures in streets of villages; 200 of them are in the regional center. Besides, the automatic control system of street illumination “Gellios” in Chernyanka settlement was implemented. Economic parameters of its operation were marked by the Deputy Head of the Chernyanka area for housing and communal services, transport and communication Oleg Shchenyatsky in his speech. He thanked the powermen on behalf of the Head of Regional Administration for the work done on the threshold of the professional holiday on the territory of the area. “I would like to note that our power supply system was always marked by a high level of professionalism and level of skills. All consumers of the area are provided with electric energy, the supplies of which are reliable and continuous. All this proves that the power facilities of the area are secured,” O. Shchenyatsky said.

“Modernization of repairing industrial bases of the EGE in Belgorodenergo is held according to the schedule. It is a part of the target program of modernization and management system changing approved by the government and realized now,” the Deputy General Director - Director of Belgorodenergo branch of IDGC of Centre Viktor Filatov said. According to his words, the investment program this year in Belgorodenergo will be performed for around three billions rubles; next year is it planned to spend three times more due to transition of Belgorodenergo to a new tariff regulation system based on RAB method that will enable to involve additional credit resources for performance of the investment program. The allocated means are spend effectively and qualitatively, and Chernyanka EGE is a good example to this.

Upon termination of the opening ceremony, a  solemn meeting took place in the repairing rolling base. The senior visitors presented the distinguished employees of the EGE and representatives of contract organizations with the letters of gratitude for the contribution to construction of the base of Chernyanka EGE and certificates of honour for the professional holiday. The powermen organized a show.

Then the holiday has moved to one of the next areas, to the territory of Krasnogvardeisk EGE. Having congratulated the powermen with a professional holiday, the head of the Krasnogvardeisk area Nikolay Brovchenko said that all the industrial success achieved by the territory within last years was the result of the qualitative work of experts of Krasnogvardeisk  EGE and the whole branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC – Belgorodenergo - which reliably and continuously provides the electric power to the enterprise and the population. “With recent commissioning of the EGE modernized base, the efficiency of work of experts of our power supply system has risen to a qualitatively new level,” N. Brovchenko said proudly.

In concluion Evgeniy Makarov sincerely congratulated all personnel of the Belgorod power supply system and all Belgorod people with the Powerman’s Day and wished successes and happiness.
