OREANDA-NEWS. On December 18, 2008 According to the State Treasury Tender outcome, Megabank won approval from State Treasury of Ukraine for cashiering its checks in 2009–2011, reported the press-centre of Megabank. 

Citing Andriy Onopko, Megabank's Chief Officer of Department of Banking, as saying: "The Tender Committee of the State Treasury of Ukraine entirely approved our bidding.

In 2009–2011, we will maintain check withdrawals for the State Treasury of Ukraine in 23 regions (Crimean Autonomy Republic, Vinnytsia Oblast, Volyn Oblast, Dnipropetrivsk Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Zhytomyr Oblast, Zakarpattia Oblast, Zaporizhia Oblast, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, Kirovograd Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, Lviv Oblast, Vykolaiv Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Rivne Oblast, Sumu Oblast, Ternopil Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, Khmelnytsk Oblast, Cherkasy Oblast, and Chernyhiv Oblast), and Kyiv and Sevastopol".

2009–2011 check withdrawal is subject to client's request as well as cash limits, built into Ukraine's Budget for the respective year.
