OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 December 2008 Mr. R. Rzayev, chairman of the Board, held the briefing in the head-office of Kapital Bank. He emphasized that during the last 4 years the Bank achieved much and this is enough to mention that it managed to lift up capital of the Bank as much as 10 times. Overall profit of Kapital Bank at present makes 7 million 800 thousand manats, and the income - 56 million manats. This primarily happens due to the efforts of the management of the Bank and effective work of the team. Chairman also said that the Bank finished all preparatory works to start the own processing system and the system will be operational till the end of the current year. “At the first stage the system will service the Bank’s cards, the number of which at this moment has reached 1 million 800 thousand cards, later on we are ready to offer out services to other banks”, - said Mr. Rzayev. In terms of functionality the system is larger than the similar processing systems available in the republic.

Chairman also noticed that crediting should be more careful and minimize all possible risks. The Bank will give some advantage to married people in crediting, because they are usually more responsible. One more detail of the Bank’s activity is that up to now emission of plastic cards.
