OREANDA-NEWS  On 19 December was announced, that Moscow City Hall approved an act of authorized use of the plot for developing a mixed-use sports and business complex at Leningradskoe Highway, north Moscow.

The relative order by the city government of Moscow provides for raising the structure on 39 Leningradskoe Shosse.

According to the document, the building plot has the area of 6.2 ha. The building above ground level is to have the area of 52,500 sq m, including a 7,300sq m sports facility comprising a swimming pool and a shooting gallery, a 45,200sq m sports and business complex and a car park for 1,108 vehicles.
