UIFC Buys 18.04% in Oreanda from State Property Fund
OREANDA-NEWS On 19 December was announced, that Kyiv-based Ukrainian Innovation Financial Company (UIFC) purchased 18,04139% of the shares in the four-star Oreanda hotel (Yalta, Crimea) from the State Property Fund.
Ukrainian Innovation Financial Company has purchased 14,683,240 shares that accounts for 18,04139% of the shares in the four-star Oreanda hotel.
The State Property Fund is no longer a shareholder in the Oreanda hotel.
Ukrainian Innovation Financial Company was registered as an open joint stock company. The company received the profit of UAH 0.094 million in 2007, having reduced its net revenue by 1.1% or UAH 3.604 million to UAH 328.405 million compared to 2006.
Ukrainian Innovation Financial Company was registered as an open joint stock company in September 1997, and specializes in providing intermediary services in purchase and sale of goods, securities, currency, rent, and also overhaul of lorries and passenger cars.
Oreanda finished 2007 with profit of UAH 0.941 million, having increased its net revenues by 15.1% or UAH 4.600 million compared to 2006, to UAH 35.152 million.
Oreanda was registered in the form of a closed joint stock company in 1999. The hotel has 114 rooms, including 5 apartments, 14 luxury suites, and 21 semi-luxury suites.
64.581% shares in the hotel belonged to the Hafra Limited company (Great Britain).
