VAB Bank Researches Its Clients
OREANDA-NEWS. On December 15, 2008 VAB Bank together with the research company Touchpoll Ukraine has summed up 2nd wave of tracking syndicate research of bank’s clients with the income more than US400 USA in a month on one member of a family, reported the press-centre of VAB Group.
Research’s results have shown, that the target audience knows and perceives VAB Bank much better. In particular, the spontaneous knowledge of the Bank in comparison with July of this year has increased more than quintuple - from 4 % to 22 %, and those, who named the Bank as the first, became more six times as much - from 1 % to 6 %.
Whereupon, VAB Bank has taken of the fifth position on this indicator. It is necessary to note also and increase in quantity of respondents which consider VAB Bank reliable and stable, - from 9 to 19 %. At the same time, the use of the VAB - services as the basic bank for consumers, has grown from 1 % to 7 %, and practically the percent of consumers, which intend to use services VAB Bank, has increased in 6 times - from 1 % to 6 %. In a rating of banks trust ("What of the listed banks would you entrust the savings?") VAB Bank has taken third place.
"On variety of indicators VAB Bank has bypassed competitors, having shown very good dynamics, in comparison with July of this year, that explains by an activization of advertising activity throughout autumn, - Mr. Alex Garmash tells, Marketing director VAB Group. - And it yields the results already. Only for November we have increased a deposit portfolio under physical persons deposition more than 86 million hryvnia".
"Economic instability in the country, and especially in bank sector, was appreciably affected in consumer behaviour, - Tatyana Zheltomirskaya tells, the Operating Partner of the research company Touchpoll Ukraine. - Therefore, it is extremely necessary to trace as the consciousness varies, as preferences and requirements of target audience forming today already, in order to know how it will be necessary to work tomorrow with".
The second wave of tracking syndicate research of bank’s clients with the income more than US 400 USA in a month on one member of a family the company Touchpoll Ukraine carried out research in November, 2008.
The Touchpoll ™ technology was used at information gathering - polling on computers with the touch monitor. Consumers of bank services at the age from 18 till 55 years with the income more than US 400 in a month on one member of a family in cities of Ukraine with the population of 100 thousand persons and more were interrogated. 1200 respondents have taken part in research.
