OREANDA-NEWS. On December 15, 2008 the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSCIB “UkrSibbank” took place in Kyiv, where the decision to change the membership of the Bank Supervisory Council was adopted, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.  

Upon request of BNP Paribas shareholder, the representative Pierre Mariani was recalled and a new representative Jean-Adrian Lemeirre was appointed.

Besides, Оlеksаndr Yarоslаvsky seceded the membership of the Supervisory Council. On his motion, the shareholder Artem Aleksandrov was appointed to the Council membership.

Оlеksаndr Yarоslаvsky remains the shareholder of the Bank and actively participates in its development.
