OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 December was announced, that MDM Bank EGM voted to elect Igor Kouzin to the Bank’s Board of Directors.

In addition to Mr. Kouzin, the Board of Directors now includes: Oleg Viyugin, Sergei Popov, Martin Andersson, Luqman Arnold, Edward Nassim and Sergei Shapiguzov.

“I am delighted to welcome Igor Kouzin into the Board of Directors. I am convinced that Igor’s experience and expertise will augment the effectiveness of the Board,” said Oleg Viyugin.
