OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 December was announced, that a sport and fitness centre featuring a roofed ice rink will be built within 3 years in east Moscow.

It was decided to design and build a sports and fitness centre featuring a roofed ice rink with the total area of 5,117 sq m on 7 Altayskaya Street from 2008 to 2011.

A plot to be developed has the area of roughly a hectare.

“CJSC Ice Club by Irina Rodnina is to perform the duties of an investor and customer while the object is being designed and built. It is to pay 44.39 million roubles (~USD 1.6 million) for the right to conclude a long-term contract for leasing the plot,” the source added.
