OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 December was announced, that Don-Stroy group of companies with financial assistance from VTB Bank finished developing one of the largest municipal buildings in Moscow, its flats will be used to house the people to be moved from dilapidated housing located in the northwestern district of the city.

According to a press release by Don-Stroy, the house developed by the group of companies stands on 63-65 Aviatsionnaya Street.

The residential complex has the area of 61,573 sq m. 528 comfortable finished flats with the total area of 32,686 sq m have been allocated for housing the residents of dilapidated and five-storey housing.

The complex is to house the people to be moved from 75 Aviatsionnaya Street, bldg 1, 73 Aviatsionnaya Street, 71 Aviatsionnaya Street, bldg 1.

All the houses are built according to the individual architectural designs and equipped with the up-to-date engineering systems. The flats being transferred into Moscow’s ownership are finished perfectly. The complex contains an underground parking garage for 200 vehicles and an above-ground car park with 26 parking spaces. There is also a playground within its area.

Maksim Blazhko, CEO of Don-Stroy, noted: “It is one of few examples of the way an investment contract can be implemented taking into account the interests of the city and I hope it will be introduced everywhere in the sequel.”

“Here we see a perfectly balanced neighbourhood, the economic component of which enables to build not only housing but social objects as well and to allocate funds for reconstructing the road network,” Mr Blazhko added.
