OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 December Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange announced the decision of its Directorate to include TransCreditBank’s series 03 Bond on the B list and to admit these securities for trading with effect from December 11, 2008.  Before that these securities unlisted.

Under admission requirements these are straight coupon collateralized bearer bonds with compulsory centralized depository.  The RUR5 bn issue will mature in three years.  The issue was registered on March 21, 2008 and bears state registration number 40302142B.  ISIN code - RU000A0JPW79.
