Eurasian Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that on December 10, 2008, its sole shareholder decided to issue Eurasian Bank preferred shares in the number of 3m. units, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the extract fro shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2008, Eurasian Financial and Inductrial Company (Almaty) is the sole shareholder of Eurasian Bank.
