OREANDA-NEWS. On December 12, 2008 Megabank has timely paid paid 8 December 2008 a full amount of a regular coupon of UAH 3,428 thousand under Series E Bonds, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

Key Series E Bond terms:
Issue amount – UAH 100,000,000;
Face value – UAH 1,000;
Maturity – 1,096 calendar days, from 10 December 2007 to 10 December 2010;
Interest rate – 18.00% (fifth – eighth interest period is approved by the Supervisory Board on November 4, 2008);
Coupon is paid quarterly;
Quantity of offers – 2 (8.12.2009, 7.12.209);

Series E bonds are issued on a secured basis. Megabank and Lemma Insurance Company entered into a risk insurance agreement, which contemplates terms and conditions for third party voluntary insurance against repayment risk, principal or percentage yield.

Series E-F interest-bearing bonds issued by Megabank at the face amount of UAH 200 mln. with maturity period of 3 yrs were assigned "uaA-" long-term credit rating and forecasted as "stable" by Credit Rating, an independent rating agency.
