OREANDA-NEWS  On 15 December was announced, that the mixed-use office centre with a sports and fitness complex, a convenience store, a restaurant and an underground car park is to be put up on 44 Smolnaya Street, north Moscow.

According to a source from City Hall, LLC Avtoevroservis-M is to be the project developer.

“The construction will be carried out on a 0.76ha lot leased from the city of Moscow on June 5, 1996, for the period of 49 years,” the official added.

It was also added that the ultimate total area of the new mixed-use centre would be 40,256 sq m. The structure is designed to comprise a parking garage for 482 vehicles.
