OREANDA-NEWS. On December 11, 2008 Danabank (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in an official letter that by the decision of the Board of Directors, dated December 3, 2008 A. Tairov was terminated from authorities of the Chairman of the Board of Danabank JSC and excluded from the Board's staff, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The same decision of the Board of Directors says F. Kurmanova, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Danabank was temporally appointed the acting Chairman of the Management Board.
