OREANDA-NEWS. On December 09, 2008 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) processed the case against "FSK UES" OJSC for violating Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

"FSK UES" OJSC violated the law by technological connection of No.3 oil pumping station of the 2 section of the oil pipeline of the Baltic pipeline system to the electric mains of MES Severo-Zapada - a branch of "FSK UES" OJSC, which resulted in infringing the interests of "Druzhba" MN" OJSC - daughter company of "Transneft" AK" OJSC.

FAS Russia Commission recognized the fact of violating the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" by "FSK UES" OJSC and issued a determination to "FSK UES" OJSC to eliminate the antimonopoly violations.
