OREANDA-NEWS. On December 04, 2008 JSC ‘’NORVIK BANKA’’ fully repaid the syndicated loan for a total sum of 22 million EUR (15,461 million LVL), reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.

The syndicated loan was signed on December, 6th, 2007 and in total there were 11 banks from 7 countries participating in the facility – Austria, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Taiwan and Latvia.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers of syndicate were Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich Aktiengesellschaft (Austria) and Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg SA (Luxemburg).
