OREANDA-NEWS. On December 12, 2008 Authoritative economic magazine The Banker (United Kingdom), a member of publishing group Financial Times, awarded JSC "BPS-Bank" with "Bank of the Year 2008" title in nomination "Bank of the Year in Belarus", reported the press-centre of BPS-Bank.

The award was presented to First Deputy General Director Vladimir Koleda at the Bank of the Year Awards Ceremony on the November 26, 2008 in London.

It should be mentioned that The Banker named JSC "BPS-Bank" as "Bank of the Year in Belarus" in the year 2007 as well. Thus, JSC "BPS-Bank" won this prestigious award two years in a row.
