OREANDA-NEWS. On December 11, 2008 Festive ceremony of issuing diplomas to the graduates of the Presidential Program was held in "Business Education Center" of Omsk State University. The program is aimed at preparing management staff, reported the press-centre of Titan.

Among the graduates were 14 employees of the "Group of Companies "Titan", CJSC, enterprises - young specialists and heads of departments from public corporation "Omsky Kautchuk", close corporation "ECOOIL", public corporation "Investhimprom" and close corporation "Group of Companies "Titan", CJSC.

In total 105 Omsk residents had been training in profiled disciplines in 2007/2008 years within the framework of Presidential program. The diplomas were issued by deputy chairman of the government of Omsk Region Prozorova I.A. and rector of Omsk State University Gering G.I. They congratulated the graduates on successful completion of study and expressed their hope that the graduates will contribute significantly into the development of Omsk Region, their home companies and their motherland Russia.

In September 2008 seven employees of the enterprises of the "Group of Companies "Titan", CJSC started learning within framework of a project designed to prepare management reserve under the aegis of the President of Russian Federation.

Presidential Program of preparation of management cadres for organization of the national economy of Russian Federation is conducted in accordance with Order No 774 of the President of Russian Federation dated 23 July 1997 and the Decree No 177of the Government of Russian Federation dated 24 March 2007.

Strategically the Presidential Program is aimed at improving of management quality of national enterprises to meet international standards. Within the Presidential Program 5000 managers annually pass 550 hours of training in the leading educational institutions in expanded group of specialties and courses "Economics and Management". After the completion of studying in the educational institutions the participants of the program are given possibility of practicing in profiled Russian and foreign enterprises.

In Omsk Region the Presidential Program so far has been active for 11 years. In the meantime professional training on the basis of Omsk State University of F.М. Dostoyevsky had been received by 600 specialists, many of them practiced in the best European enterprises.
