OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2008. Nizhnekamsk CHP of JSC "Generation Company", that reached the considerable figures in saving the fuel and energy resources, was identified as the winner of competition basing on results of implementation in 2008 of program " Energy Resource Efficiency in Republic of Tatarstan for 2006-2010". The awards were presented by Prime – Minister of RT Rustam Minnikhanov at the joint session of Coordination Board of RF on issues of energy conservation and energy efficiency and Government of Tatarstan, held on December 2 as part of the 10-the specialized International Exhibition "Power Engineering Industry. Resource Efficiency".

The achievements of the holding at the exhibition and the competition of energy efficient facilities, were awarded the three of the twelve diplomas: one golden one and the two bronze ones. The golden Diploma was awarded to Kazan CHP-3 for works aimed at realization of small-waste technologies of desalted water preparation. One bronze Diploma was awarded to Nizhnekamsk CHP for the development and implementation of the press-filter for slime utilization. The second – to Kazan electrical networks for developing and implementing the diagnostic complex of the power transformers.

Besides, JSC "Tatenergo" and Generation Company of the holding were awarded Diplomas for active participation in program implementation "Resource Efficiency in Republic of Tatarstan for 2006-2010".

As part of symposium was held the research and technical session "Economical Production. Resource Efficiency and Energy Conservation in Real Sector of Economy", organized by technical management of JSC "Tatenergo". As part of the session were listen to over 20 reports on the new techniques and technologies. The reports were read out by representatives of practically, each company of the holding and power cluster of Republic.
