OREANDA-NEWS  On 12 December was announced, that the board of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums passed a decision pursuant to what the aquisition of 49.86% of shares of AAS Baltikums from JSC Baltikums Apdrosinansanas Grupa is intended.

The decision on aquisition is passed within frame of optimization of activity of the Baltikums holding.
