OREANDA-NEWS  On 12 December was announced, that a double-level car park designed to accommodate 370 vehicles built under the flyover at the junction of Golovinskoe Highway and Leningradskoe Highway in north Moscow.

“A double-level garage for cars has been developed in accordance with the design of the flyover. It is expected to start working in 2009 when a company to run it has been selected. A schedule of its work and parking regulations for car owners will be set at the same time,” Yuri Khardikov, prefect of the northern administrative district of Moscow, said.

According to the official, the prefecture of north Moscow suggested using the car park to serve the residents of the nearby neighbourhood. The issue is currently under discussion at City Hall.

The garage has been built within the project Bolshaya Leningradka at the expense of the city budget funds.
