OREANDA-NEWS  On 11 December was announced, that the Board of Directors of Rosbank decided to issue 28,105 mln. stocks with par value RUR 10 each. The price of the shares that are to be placed was determined at the amount of RUR 150.00. The shares will be placed by an open subscription. As a result of issue Rosbank should attract RUR 4,22 bln.
