OREANDA-NEWS  On 11 December was announced, that the plant was empowered to obtain conformity certificate for quality management system ISO 900-2001

Based on work output of the committee, representing body for certification of GOU ACMC (Ural branch) URALTESTCERT, Neviyansky cementnik, integrated into the international industrial holding company EUROCEMENT group, has been empowered to obtain conformity certificate for GOST R ISO 900-2001 quality management system in respect to cement production.

For the first time, the plant successfully passed certification audit in 2004. At that time, the plant became the first in the Ural region among cement industry plants, and the second in the holding, having developed and introduced quality management system for conformity with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 requirements. This years’ certification audit (considered the third in Neviyansky cementnik history) was held from the 2nd to the 3rd of December, and, according to audit implementation program, inspected 18 plant’s subdivisions.

Committee, chaired by B.Lopatin, expert for quality system certification, noted high level of audit preparation and performance. According to him, Neviyansky cementnik is one of few industry plants in the Ural region that applies statistic methods of process performance control, which is GOST R ISO 9001-2001 indispensable condition.
