OREANDA-NEWS  On 11 December OJSC Far East Telecom (РТС: ESPK, MICEX: DLSV, ADR USA: FEEOY, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Berlin Stock Exchange: D7A) announced the regular payments on D2 and D3 bonds.

The 5th coupon in the amount of 44.13 rubles per bond was paid for six-year D2 bonds (state registration number 4-10-30166-F). The total sum of coupon income paid reached 88,260,000 rubles.

The 5th coupon in the amount of 25.73 rubles per bond was paid for three-year D3 bonds (state registration number 4-11-30166-F). The total sum of coupon income paid reached 38,595,000 rubles.

Moreover, in accordance with the issue terms 30% of the bond nominal value was redeemed. The total amount allocated for the partial redemption is 450,000,000 rubles.

Payments have been made in full by December 3rd 2008.

JSC JSCB Svyaz Bank is the issue organizer, underwriter and payment agent.

The bonds are circulated on the trade floor of JSC MICEX Stock Exchange and JSC MICEX, (Quotation Sheet А1).

The next coupon for D2 and D3 bonds payment and D3 bond discharge is expected on June 3rd 2009.
