OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2008. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a comprehensive contract for insurance of a Tyumen apartment and civil liability of its owner to the neighbors. The contractual insurance amount is 6,520,028 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured apartment, with the total space of 71.4 sq.m., is located on Tsiolkovskogo Street. The concluded insurance contract contemplates protection of the apartment’s furnishing, plumbing systems and movable property against the extended package of risks, which, apart from the standard risks, also includes: insurance against the risk of flooding (including the same due to malfunctioning washing machines or dishwashers; infliction of mechanical damage to aquarium; or freezing liquids); stealage of door keys; insurance against costs of pre-term return of the apartment owner from business trip or vacation and costs of hiring another residential premise to live in for the period of repairs in the insured apartment.

The apartment’s structural elements have been insured against the full set of risks.

The civil liability insurance provides indemnification against the following risks: infliction of damage to third parties in course of use of residential premise.

The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.
