OREANDA-NEWS. In accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors of OJSC ROSNO-MS effective from December 08’ 2008, its subsidiary TAGIL-MEDSERVICE will become a closed joint-stock company, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Pursuant to its strategy of improving the subsidiaries’ corporate governance systems, OJSC ROSNO-MS, which is a sole member of SMO TAGIL-MEDSERVICE, has decided to change the legal status of this company.

This change has been brought to increase transparency of the governance system and introduce uniform business management and customer service quality standards in all subsidiaries of ROSNO-MS.

TAGIL-MEDSERVICE was founded in 1993 to render voluntary and obligatory medical insurance services.

At present, TAGIL-MEDSERVICE provides obligatory medical insurance coverage to over 350 thousand residents of the city of Nizhny Tagil, village Svobodny and Prigorodny district of Yekaterinburg Region.
