OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2008. The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the regulations of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation in line with the federal law “On Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation,” reports the press service of the Government.

The regulations specify Rosatom’s powers and functions, regulate the corporation’s activities for implementing presidential and governmental decrees and for cooperating with federal agencies, regional and local authorities under its projects.

The activities of Rosatom are carried out in line with its long-term plan of action. This plan serves as a basis for Rosatom’s financial program approved by the corporation’s board as well as for draft budgets for each fiscal year and for the planned period.
