OREANDA-NEWS. On December 09, 2008  Lancaster Petroleum (Aktobe), common shares of which are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in the third category, informed KASE in an official letter on changes in the Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message of Lancaster Petroleum:

- authorities of director Frank Hayes were early terminated;

- the board of directors of Lancaster Petroleum was determined as composed of five people as follows: B. Kaniev (chairman of the board of directors), N. Kapparov; Spada Domenico (independent director); A. Shovkoplyas; A.Barunin (independent director);

- A. Shovkoplyas was appointed as a president of Lancaster Petroleum.
