OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 December was announced, that RODEX GROUP investment and construction holding company intends to invest around USD 20 million in the implementation of its first commercial real estate project – the development of a business centre at Rublyovskoe Highway.

According to a press release by RODEX GROUP, a 0.27ha building lot owned by the company is located within the Moscow region, Odintsovo district, in Gorki-8 township, 18 km from the MKAD by Rublyovo-Uspensky Highway.

“The concept of the centre provides the construction of a 4-storey office and retail complex with the total area of 8,000 sq m featuring an atrium, a basement floor and an underground parking garage,” the document adds.

The complex will also comprise an entertainment area and a restaurant.

RODEX GROUP has obtained permission to connect the centre to be built to electricity and gas networks, telephone circuit, water supply and sewerage system.

The development is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2010 while the 50 per cent share of the project has been sold.
