OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 December was announced, that a hotel with an underground parking garage will be developed in Malyy Kozikhinsky Lane in central Moscow in 2 years to come.

A hotel with an underground car park on 11 Malyy Kozikhinsky Lane, bldg 1, 2 is to be designed and built from 2008 to 2010.

The hotel will comprise 24 rooms.

The building plot has the area of 0.14 ha, the ultimate total area of the object will be 8,120 sq m, including the 5,800sq m building above ground level and the 2,320sq m substructure.

The nonresidential premises located at this address would be demolished according to the session report of a working group of Committee for Preservation of Historical Areas within Moscow.
