OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 December was announced, that new decision of Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on registration of the changes to "BTA Bank" CJSC Directors membership has come into force on November 21, 2008. Bakbergenov Nur, Member of he Board of "BTA Bank" CJSC, was registered as Executive.

Bakbergenov Nur Muratovich is the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has 10 years experience of the manager in the banking sphere. Nur Bakbergenov is an Adviser of the Chairman of the Board of "BTA Bank" JSC (Kazakhstan).

New Manager of the Bank has stated its main purpose as "a creation of full service Bank of BTA Group in Armenia. And for clients in Armenia it is an opportunity to be on the home ground throughout CIS where BTA is presented".

"BTA Bank" CJSC - is the strategic partner of the major Kazakhstan banks – "BTA Bank" JSC with 48,8% shares of the authorized capital of BTA Bank in Armenia.

As of 25.11. 2008: total capital of "BTA Bank" CJSC is – 4 346 434 000 thousand drams, assets – 13 042 112 thousand drams, liabilities – 8 695 678 thousand drams.
