OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 December was announced, that starting from December 15, 2008 Belavia – Belarusian Airlines reduces the rate of the fuel charge by EUR 5. The decision is due to the world oil product price reduction.

Therefore, the airline ticket prices will be reduced on certain air routes for the benefit of Belavia passengers.

Belavia is also going to monitor fuel prices in future and update the rates of the fuel charge.

* Fuel charge was imposed in 2006 by all airlines because of the hike in fuel prices. Usually a fuel charge is imposed in addition to basic air fare.
