trading in the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category of the KASE official list, informed KASE in an official letter on conduct of check of pledge registers and pledge of Temirbank as on October 1, 2008, which are collateral of compliance with obligations of Temirbank before holders of the bonds.

On the basis of the analysis Bank CenterCredit informed collateral and value of coefficient of security of mortgage bonds comply with requirements of bond issue prospectuses and pledge agreements.
