OREANDA-NEWS. On December 03, 2008 Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) [(RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; МICEX: UTEL, UTELP; ADR OTC: STJSY, KUE FRA)], the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District reported that on December 2, 2008 its Board of Directors reelected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC (Minutes №12 of December 2, 2008). Deputy Director General of Svyazinvest Stanislav Panchenko will act as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC, reported the press-centre of UTK.

Then the Board of Directors approved the new composition of the Personnel and Rewards Committee of UTK’s Board of Directors. Stanislav Panchenco was replaced by the new member of the Committee Boris Antonyuk, Deputy Minister of IT and Communications of the Russian Federation.
