OREANDA-NEWS. December 05, 2008. From July, in order to ruin the schemes with use of so-called “tax pits” investigating subdivisions of tax militia of the State Tax Service of Ukraine have initiated 108 suits against enterprises involved into the mentioned schemes.

22 criminal cases of the mentioned category with accusatory conclusions have been sent to court.

In criminal cases considered by investigators of tax militia subdivisions of the state tax service of Ukraine the property (enterprises’ assets) and funds at the total sum of UAH 15 million 330 thousand have been arrested.
