OREANDA-NEWS. December 5, 2008. Prize is awarded for the fifth year in a raw as part of the project "Leaders of Economics of Russia" sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of RF, State Duma and the Council of Federation of RF. The ceremony of awarding the Laureates of Prize "Best employer of Russia" was held in Moscow, in the hotel complex "President -Hotel". They included twelve more companies from Moscow and Moscow oblast, Murmansk and Arhangelsk oblasts, Tyumen oblast and Krasnoyarsk territory, Kazan and Nizhni Novgorod.

The winners were awarded the Honor Diplomas proving the title of the Laureate "Best employer of Russia", and the honor pins custom-made at the Moscow Mint using the precious metals. In the course of the ceremony was emphasized that the preserving and creating the new jobs, provision of rights of employees, timely payment are the basic elements of the company growth. President of International Foundation of Support of Business Claas Feldheiss in his speech said that "to form the team of persons with identical ideas, promoting the economical growth of the company is a great result that cannot stay unnoticed".

The Laureates were also awarded by the Deputy of State Duma of Russian Federation, member of the Committee of SD for local self-management Michael Banschikov and representative of the Commission of European Chmaber of Trade and Commerce Alexander Kurbatov, who in his speech reminded of the responsibility of employers towards their employees.
