OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 December UC RUSAL, which owns a 25% plus two shares stake in Norilsk Nickel, announced that it withdrawn the case, which UC RUSAL filed against Norilsk Nickel in the Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Region seeking a cancellation of a resolution of Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors on the company’s shares buyback.

The court accepted the withdrawal application on 27 November 2008.
