Allianz ROSNO Life Improves Customer Service Quality in Regions

In all 60 regional subdivisions of Allianz ROSNO Life, a telephone hotline 8-800 was launched, which enables potential and existing clients in any Russian city to call the company’s head office on the same telephone number, free of charge, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
Since November 2008, the clients of Allianz ROSNO Life and all those who are interested in life insurance programs, residing outside Moscow and Moscow Region, can call the multichannel telephone number 8-800-100-0545. The call centre operates from 9 am to 6 pm Moscow time. The call operators provide advice on the terms and contents of insurance programs, conclusion, extension and termination of contracts, and loss settlement.
