OREANDA-NEWS. December 4, 2008. International exhibition METEOREX 2008 took place in St. Petersburg on Nov. 27-29. Leading industrial companies took part in the exhibition to present hydrometeorological technologies, equipment and services.

Lavochkin R&D company displayed advanced space systems for remote sensing, hydrometeorology, ecological and economical purposes, including scaled mock-up of the hydrometerological space system of the second generation called Electro. Electro is planned for launch next year.

The exhibition was visited by the wide range of professionals, representatives of the authorities, responsible for development of the Russian industry. Lavochkin R&D products attracted attention of the weather and environment monitoring experts, as well as the users of hydrometeorological data.
