OREANDA-NEWS  On 04 December UC RUSAL, which owns a 25% plus two shares stake in Norilsk Nickel, announced that it is nominating Mikhail Prokhorov, President of ONEXIM Group, as its candidate to Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors.
