OREANDA-NEWS  On 04 December was announced, that SOLLERS launched in production new version of SsangYong Kyron, equipped with E-Troniс transmission with manual-mode, which is the unique offer in middle-price segment of cross-over market. Earlier such transmission was offered only for “premium-class” cross-overs.

New AT helps to improve transmission work smoothness, to reduce run-up time and fuel consumption. Besides, such transmission doesn’t need service maintenance during the whole exploitation period. At the moment only diesel SsangYong Kyron versions are equipped with new 6-speed transmission, but it is planned to use this kind of transmission for vehicles with gasoline engines.

The bottom price for SsangYong Kyron 2,0 XDi, equipped with 6-speed AT, is 874 thousand rubles for Comfort trim-level, which includes 4WD Part-Time system, ABS, LSD, climate-control, rain sensor, audio remote on steering wheel and many other things.

Top trim level of SsangYong Kyron with new transmission, is additionally equipped with ESP, leather seats, roof hatch, 18” light-alloy discs and other options will cost 984 thousand rubles.
