OREANDA-NEWS. December 3, 2008. Despite the crisis, the company Dneproenergo is promising to preserve its personnel and all social benefits. Furthermore, the energy producers of Zaporozhye are making a promise to increase benefits for their employees and declaring their intention to buy 12 flats to be given to young specialists in 2009. This point has been stipulated in the Collective Agreement, which has been approved by the company’s employees, says an official communication of Dneproenergo.

‘To keep our people, to guarantee their social stability and well-being is our first priority in the situation of the economic crisis in the country. When approving the 2009 Collective Agreement, we make a commitment to our employees to fully comply with it’, the press service quotes the Chairman of the Management Board of Dneproenergo, Yuriy Bochkaryov.
