OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2008. Invest Finance Bank registered emission for issue news shares for 2.79 billion soums with the Center for Securities Market of Uzbkistan.

The bank plans to issue 2.79 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. The shares will be floated among existing shareholders – individuals – 51% of emission, Noble Invest – 26%, Alfa Group – 15.88% and Agroplastimpeks – 7.12%.

The charter capital of the banks for 3.21 billion soums was fully paid. The first emission for 3.21 billion soums was registered on 22 February 2008 and fully placed on 28 February 2008.
