OREANDA-NEWS  On 02 December was announced, that according to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry the Budget deficit was UAH 14.1mn, the first negative balance in 2008. The deficit was related to under-fullfilment of the state budget income (UAH 188.0bn in 10M2008) by 17.3% of the planned amount (UAH 224.6bn). While expenditure of the state budget amounted to UAH 189.0, which was 22.2% lower than the planned amount. In October, 2008 Budget expenditure exceeded Budget income by UAH 3bn.
