OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2008. Joint Stock Commercial AK BARS Bank entered Top-30 most profitable banks of Russia according to the version of "Kommersant — Money" newspaper. 1,5 thousand banks took part in the rating, reported the press-centre of AK BARS Bank.

Profit of AK BARS Bank made up 2 186 429 thousand roubles, assets — 201 145,2 million roubles. AK BARS Bank owns 39% of all banking assets in the Republic of Tatarstan.

AK BARS Bank takes the 17th place among major Russian banks by the size of authorised capital.
