SOGAZ Started Rebranding Campaign
OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2008. SOGAZ Insurance Group announced the start of a rebranding campaign, which will encompass changing the names of the Group’s member companies and the Group’s logotype and corporate identity, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.
The principal objective of this campaign is to establish a clear-cut and uniform structure of SOGAZ umbrella brand, which would be consumer-friendly and meet new marketing challenges.
Under the rebranding plan, the first stage will include renaming of the Group’s member companies so that their names reflect affiliation with a unified group of companies and the areas they specialize in. Thus, the structure of SOGAZ Group after the renaming will be a follows:
OJSC SOGAZ – a universal insurance company, the key member of the Group;
LLC SOGAZ-AGRO (former LLC IC Neftepolis) – agricultural insurance;
OJSC SOGAZ-MED (former OJSC Gazprommedstrakh) – obligatory medical insurance;
LLC IC SOGAZ-LIFE – life insurance;
LLC SOGAZ-MEDSERVICE (former LLC Gazprommedservice) – medical services for insured parties;
CJSC Leader – a management company.
The next rebranding stage will encompass renewal of the Group’s logo and corporate identity in accordance with the brand’s new structure. Besides, according to Advisor to the Chairman of SOGAZ Management Board Aleksey Smertin, SOGAZ logo should become more up-to-date and technology-friendly reflecting the Group’s key values and new market priorities.
