OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2008. Ukrposhta elaborated a draft Concept of the State Target Program on Mail Service Development for 2009-2013. The draft provides the legislation improvement, in particular, in elaboration and introduction of legislative acts concerning the mechanism of forming tariffs for universal mail services and the function system and procedures of regulating the mail service market. 

The document registers the mechanisms of ensuring the state supervision over adhering by subjects of management to the mail service legislation, provides implementation of the structural, technical and technological transformations with consideration of recommendations of the world organizations, introduction of the decisions on use automation of information technologies and development of new services.
