OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 December was announced, that the first cubic metre of concrete poured at the building site of NewTone park office and hotel complex, a press service of CJSC INTECO said.

The press service added that a capsule with the message to descendants had been laid into the foundation of the complex to be erected.

The developer of the project is CJSC INTECO, the prime contractor is SK Strategiya included in INTECO.

Boris Balkarov, director of Commercial Real Estate Department of CJSC INTECO, noted: “The current event is primarily a symbolic one. The work has been actually launched here a long time ago and is carried out according to schedule.”

NewTone_park is under construction on the 11.4ha lot at Aminyevskoe Highway in west Moscow. The total area of the complex is to be 230,000 sq m, including 125,000 sq m to be occupied by offices. The building of NewTone_park will also comprise a four-star business hotel featuring 200 suites and several conceptual restaurants.

According to Gennady Terebkov, director of External Communication Department of CJSC INTECO, the complex has been named in a very symbolic way – there are a lot of apple trees within the area of NewTone_park, so anyone who wants will be able to feel oneself as Isaac Newton.

Andrey Sharov, CEO of SK Strategiya, emphasized that NewTone_park was one of the biggest projects within the western administrative district of Moscow. “I am convinced that its quality will be highly appreciated by both contemporaries and descendants to whom we address our message,” Mr Sharov concluded.
